Yes. The initial consultation is free. Hospital consultations, tests, treatment, travel and any separately arranged support have their own costs. Ask YHN to confirm which services are included in your particular arrangement before you proceed.
An estimate is based on the information available before assessment. The final amount can change with the specialist's findings, tests, treatment, length of stay and any additional care. YHN can help clarify the hospital's quoted inclusions and exclusions before you decide.
Process
Use the Submit Medical Report form to upload PDF, JPG, or PNG files. Our team reviews them securely and contacts you with next steps.
Prepare the available medical reports, discharge summaries, test and scan reports, your current medicine list and the main questions you want to ask. If the hospital needs original scan files or additional information, our team will explain what to provide.
Yes. We can help collect hospital reports, coordinate follow-up appointments and pass your questions to the hospital team. For changes to medicines or ongoing treatment, please follow the advice of your treating clinician.
Send your preferred dates and relevant reports to YHN. We check the appointment with the hospital and share the confirmed date, time, location and preparation instructions when the hospital replies. An inquiry alone does not confirm an appointment.
Travel
Yes. We assist with medical visa documents, flights, airport transfers, accommodation, and hospital transport as needed.
Tell us how many people will accompany you so we can help coordinate travel, accommodation and transfers. Any attendant documents, room arrangements or hospital visiting requirements should be checked for the hospital and destination before booking.
